My Journey
I started my career in event management and HR, where I quickly discovered the toll that constant pressure and burnout can take on even the most dedicated professionals. Through my own challenges, I learned that true leadership isn’t just about strategic decisions—it’s about nurturing your own well-being while inspiring others.
For years, I flirted with the idea of self-employment and coaching. In 2024, a professional profiling confirmed what I already felt deep down: it was time to follow my passion. Today, I combine my extensive experience in People Management, Event Management, and Coaching with my guiding experience as a certified yoga and natural movement coach to help you build resilience, set clear boundaries, and develop healthy habits that empower both your personal and professional growth.
